Having more alkaline foods and avoiding certain acidic ones helps a great deal.
1. Increases oxygen flow and energizes
2. Reduces the effect of stress
3. Reduces Acidity, Gout, Arthritis, IBS, allergies etc.
4. Delays aging.

For DIABETICS: Switching over from an acidic diet to an alkaline one is beneficial to all including diabetics. The alkaline diet promotes consumption of natural, raw and whole food like non-starchy vegetables, leafy greens, fruits, amaranth, millet, omega-3 oils, soy milk, lemon juice and most herbal teas, and it avoid all those refined starches which cause insulin insensitivity and elevated blood sugar levels.
