Story: An alright tale, the story begins with Shanaya (bipasha) who is a top actress obsessed with her success and celebrity fame. However, from last two years the best actress award she wants to win is not happening and that is due to a relatively fresh actress Sanjana (esha). Despite Shanaya’s faith in god, she doesn’t win and that breaks her. At that point, she is approached by her ex-driver who knows a person dealing with black magic. Shanaya takes the help of that evil man. To get to Sanjana, she uses her director/boyfriend Aditya (emraan). Bad things begin to happen to Sanjana. The story takes a turn when Aditya falls in love with Sanjana and what happens from there forms the rest of the story.
Presentation: The director has come up with a predictable storyline and while the presentation was good, the narrative was engaging in parts.  The dialogues were alright, the script was well knit and the screenplay was adequate. Background score was effective and two songs were worth humming. Cinematography was the best among the lot. Editing was upto the mark. Costumes were well designed while the art department was impressive. Emraan Hashmi has underplayed his role well and suited the character, he was good. Esha Gupta is yet to develop on her confidence and body language but she looks very sexy. The showstealer was Bipasha who had oomph and sex appeal written all over her along with riveting performance. Manish Chaudhuri was excellent. Mohan Kapoor was moderate.
Conclusion: The film runs on two elements primarily-horror and sex. While the first one had its own share of shock points, they were not in large numbers. The second one was quite titillating and is a feast to the male audience. The first half goes off smoothly and has some goosebump scenes but the second half is rather routine but passes off without hiccup. Overall, this is a film which follows the formula and scores. At the box office, this will be a commercial success.

Verdict: Weak Content but good execution, nice erotic thriller!
