Board of Intermediate Education of Andhra Pradesh will place the data of AP Intermediate Board Hall Tickets 2013 in their official website at bieap.cgg.gov.in. Since the schedule for the exams were not released, the correct date will be published soon through major newspapers. The Time table for Intermediate Public Examination is expected to be out by the end of December. After reveling the regular exam dates, Intermediate 1st & 2nd year students can download the Hall Tickets for the academic year 2013 if they allow getting through online. Railway Budget 2013 Announced

*. No Direct increase in passenger fares, Surcharges Will Apply in two times of Year.

* Railways will absorb Rs 850 crore on account of no hike in passenger fare

*. Marginal increase in reservation charges, cancellation charge

*. Supplementary charges for superfast trains and tatkal booking 

* 26 new passenger trains to be launched and 67 express trains to be launched

*. 500-km new lines to be completed in 2013-14
*. Concessional fare for sports persons

*. 5 per cent average increase in freight
*. Diesel price hike added R 3,300 crore to fuelbill of Railways

*. Railways hopes to end 2013-14 with a balance of R 12,506 crore
*. 5.2 per cent growth in passenger traffic expected in 2013-14

*. Railways’ freight loading traffic scaled down by 100 million tonnes from 1025 million tonnes because of economic slowdown
*. Railways to set up a Debt Service Fund

Aakash 2 Tablet PC Launched In India

 Aakash 2 is the advanced version of low cost Tablet PC Aakash, was launched by Indian President Pranab Mukherjee. Coming at a price tag of Indian Rs 1,130 for students, the new version Aakash 2, which will be made available to students of engineering colleges and universities to begin with, is now powered by a processor running at 1 GHz, has a 512 MB, a 7 inch capacitative touch screen and a battery working for three hours of normal operations. 

The new Aakash 2 tablet comes engineered with a 1GHz Cortex A8 processor, while the original Aaaksh tablet was powered by a 366 MHz processor. The Aakash 2 tablet has a a 7-inch capacitive display with four multi-touch points. The screen has a resolution of 800×480 pixels. The previous version of Aakash had a 7-inch resistive touch screen.

Besides, the upgraded Aakash runs Android 4.0 operating system, whereas its predecessor had Android 2.2 OS. The Aakash 2 sports a front-facing VGA camera, and has built in Wi-Fi connectivity. The new tablet has 512 MB RAM and internal memory of 4GB, which is expandable up to 32GB using a micro SD card. The tablet is said to offer around four hours of battery time.

The commercial version of the Aakash 2 unit is branded as UbiSlate 7Ci, and is available for purchase on DataWind's website at Rs 4,499.
