The Apple company is set to renew its range of tablets, with the latest iPad 5 and iPad Mini 2 releasing in April. That is as per iMore’s “sources familiar with the plans” – which fits with Apple’s usual launch plan. Plus, with the latest iPad landing just 7 months after its predecessor, it looks plausible.
However, there is not so good for those looking for an iPad Mini 2 with Retina Display – battery life and size-to-weight problems apparently have the design team working extra time. If the iPad 5 arrives in April we’re expecting for a thinner type, better camera, and ideally a keyboard case like the Microsoft Surface offers.
With the Apple Television, Apple iWatch, and Apple iPhone 5S anticipated later in the year, 2013 seems set to be a bumper year for Apple – and a horrible year for Apple fans’ wallets.
