Bollywood's Highest Tax Payers



Akshay Kumar: Even with a string of flop movies, this Khiladi has been doing well enough to pay the highest tax in B-town. Slated to star in Rowdy Rathore, in 2010-11 he paid Rs 20 crore and in 2011-12 also paid a cool Rs 20 crore as tax.


Shah Rukh Khan: In 2010-11 King Khan paid Rs 18 crore as tax, and this dropped in 2011-12 to Rs 10 crore.

 
Salman Khan: This Bodyguard star, in 2010-11 paid Rs 10 crore and in 2011-12 also Rs 10 crore as tax.

 

Saif Ali Khan: Doing the rounds as Agent Vinod lately, Saif paid Rs 2.5 crore in 2010-11 and in 2011-12 it jumped to Rs 4.5 crore.
  

Amitabh Bachchan: Grandfather of the B-town's most famous baby, Aradhya, Bachchan in 2010-11 paid Rs 6 crore and in 2011-12 paid Rs 3 crore as tax.


Aamir Khan: The man that makes one hit movie a year, Khan paid Rs 11.95 crore in 2010-11 and Rs 6.5 crore in 2011-12.


Ranbir Kapoor: Off the movie scene these days, Ranbir still paid Rs 2.5 crore in 2010-11 and Rs 5 crore in 2011-12.

 
Kareena Kapoor: In 2010-11 Ms Kapoor paid Rs 3.5 crore and in 2011-12 paid Rs 4 crore as tax.


Aishwarya Rai Bachchan: The face of L'Oreal and Longines, Ash paid Rs 3 crore as tax in 2010-11 and Rs 2.5 crore in 2011-12.
