Story:
A gripping tale, the story is set on the backdrop of Delhi and here lives Sonu Dilli (emraan) a streetsmart guy who is into illegal selling of weapons. His strong ability to talk his way through and sharp instincts make him the best. On the other hand, there is ACP Pratap (randeep) a hard hitting cop who is bent on breaking the entire gun running business. He takes the help of Sonu to get inside this trade. The story takes a turn when Sonu chances upon Jhanvi (esha) a young doctor and falls in love with her. How his deeds take a turnaround and what happens from there forms the rest of the story.
Presentation:
The director has come up with a different storyline and while the presentation was rich, the narrative was engaging. The dialogues were written with strong depth. The script was tight and the screenplay was having many peaks. Background score was good and all the songs were worth listening. Cinematography was top notch. Editing was necessary at few places. Costumes were natural while the art department was appealing. Emraan Hashmi has given a killer performance once again and he steals the limelight. Randeep Hooda was equally brilliant. Esha Gupta was highly seductive. Manish Choudhary was good, Brijendra Kalra was effective, Sumit was superb, Zeeshan was apt. The others added their presence to the film and gave more value.
Conclusion:
This is perhaps the first time that a serious insight has been given on the illegal arms business which runs in our country. While the dark business was one side, the film also had a valid message to the viewers. While the first half goes about with few predictable elements, the interval bang was good. The second half picks up good momentum and the climax was appealing. Overall, this is a film which is hard hitting and has some realistic taste to it. At the box office, it would appeal to the serious audience and the masses so success looks strong.

Verdict: Intense and realistic
