Adata's DashDrive Durable HD710: Adata Technology has introduced the DashDrive Durable HD710 %u2013 a portable rugged hard drive in India. Engineered with USB 3.0 interface, the device comes in three colours - yellow, black and blue. It comes in three variants - 500GB, 750GB and 1TB.
Asus's Eee Pad Transformer Prime: Asus has finally launched its much-awaited Eee Pad Transformer Prime in India. The tablet is touted to be the world's first quad-core CPU tablet. Running Android 3.2 Honeycomb (with a free upgrade to Android 4.0), the device has a unique design. It can be transformed to notebook mode with a full QWERTY chiclet keyboard dock. Powered by a NVIDIA Tegra 3 quad-core CPU, the tablet sports a 1.2 megapixel front camera and an 8 megapixel rear camera and has 1 GB RAM. It also includes a micro HDMI port and a micro SD card slot. At 8.3mm, it is thinner than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and the Apple iPad 2. The company has only launched the 64GB model.

Nokia's Asha 303: Expanding its Asha portfolio, Nokia has announced the launch of its first touch and type QWERTY device with Nokia Music Unlimited on the Series 40 platform, the Nokia Asha 303. The device runs on a powerful 1GHz processor and has 3G capabilities to deliver faster Internet and social networking experience. The device features a 2.6-inch capacitive touchscreen with a 320 x 240 pixel resolution. The Asha 303 comes pre-loaded with Angry Birds and Whatsapp. One can watch Live TV on the pre-installed Zenga TV app. The company has not revealed its pricing yet, but it's coming soon to a store near you.
The ATab tablet: AcrossWorld Education in association with Delhi-based Go Tech has announced to launch a tablet called the ATab at Rs 5,000. Expected to be available in India from the second week of March 2012, the 7-inch ATab is targeted towards the education sector. The ATab uses Google's Android OS and is powered by a 1.1 GHz processor. It comes with 512MB of RAM and 2GB of inbuilt memory, expandable up to 16GB. AcrossWorld says that the WiFi tablet will also come with an external 3G USB dongle, but does not mention whether the price of the dongle is included in the Rs 5,000. The tablet will be available in five colour options.

Fujitu's Notebooks: Fujitu India has launched four new notebooks in India - the Fujitsu Lifebook LH531, the Fujitsu Lifebook SH531, the Lifebook AH531 and the Fujitsu Lifebook A531 . Targeting primarily SMBs, all notebooks are powered by Intel core processors. The Fujitsu Lifebook LH531 is the cheapest of all.

Intex's Sense mobile phone: Intex Technologies have launched the Sense %u2013 a touchscreen phone with a 3.2-inch display. It comes with the Intex Application Store, the WStore, and is preloaded with 41 International and popular games. It has an inbuilt memory of 79 MB and comes with a 4GB microSD card. It sports a megapixel camera and a 1.3 megapixel front camera.
